Rafal Kaminski - Chief Scientific Officer
Rafal Kaminski is Chief Scientific Officer and Head of R&D at Angelini
Pharma in Italy. Before joining the pharmaceutical industry, he
completed post-doctoral training at the Radboud University in the Netherlands and at the National Institutes of Health in the USA.
He co-authored more than 100 publications in epilepsy research
and held senior R&D roles at Molecure Therapeutics in Poland,
Roche in Switzerland and UCB Pharma in Belgium.
Jetmir Daku - Head of Finance & Administration CH
Jetmir Daku is the Head of Finance and Administration for Angelini Pharma and oversees all finance and administration functions of the business. Before joining the company as a headquarter controller, Jetmir was the international accounting manager at Convatec International Services GmbH, where he successfully completed key transactions of the EMEA headquarter with 27 subsidiaries, being also responsible for the South African and Egyptian entities and guide together with the Global team the IPO preparation of the company.
Originally coming from Kosovo Jetmir spend his life in Switzerland where he started his career in Marketing, Public Relations and Communication and quickly decided to move to Finance, where he graduated in Controlling, Auditing and Accounting.
He is passionate about being part of an organization that is set on a mission to become an admired European innovator, offering people, patients and their beloved ones new medicines and solutions to achieve better health outcomes and higher quality of life.
Simon Ochsner - Financial Controller CH
Simon Ochsner joined Angelini Pharma with the acquisition of Arvelle Therapeutics in March 2021. Within the first year he was in charge of FP&A for many European entities. With integration of them to Angelini he was taking over the role as Financial Controller in our local team in Switzerland.
Simon is an experienced finance professional as he was working for more than ten years in various roles in the world of finance. He is passionate about numbers and holds a bachelor’s in science degree from the University of Lucerne. He is the one living closest to our office in Zug. When he is not thinking about numbers, he is most likely spending time with his family and friends or is doing sportive activities.
Neil Fisher - Medical Science Liaison CH
Neil Fisher has been working for Angelini Pharma since the beginning of 2022 joining as the Medical Science Liaison for Switzerland. He grew up in New Zealand and moved to Italy to do his PhD in Milan in in Life and Biomolecular Sciences in 2009, studying the role of microRNAs in the response of breast cancer cells. He moved to Switzerland in 2017 for a post-doc at Basel University Hospital working on rare NUP98-KMT2A fusion leukemia.
He has over ten years’ experience in basic and translational biomedical research with a focus on regenerative medicine, stem cell therapies, and cancer biology.
Outside of work Neil is a keen mountain biker and runner.
Christine Marie Lunardelli - Brand Manager CH
Christine Marie Lunardelli joined Angelini Pharma as Brand Manager for Switzerland in March 2022.
Prior to her position at Arvelle/Angelini she held senior marketing roles responsible for developing and implementing global name brand strategies launch plans, and digital marketing for new and existing prescription medicines, medical devices, and OTC products in primary therapeutic areas. Her experience in specialty promotional marketing spans across an array of therapeutic areas and comprises digital for several leading global corporations including, however, not limited to, Schering-Bayer, UCB, Hill-Rom, and Hoechst Marion Roussel-Sanofi.
Christine earned her Master’s in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, Italy, Bachelor Science in Speech Communications from Emerson College and a degree in Business Administration, Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts U.S.A.
Felix Näher - Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager
Felix Näher joined Angelini Pharma in 2020 as Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager.
He studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Aalen and graduated as Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH).
After graduation he started working in the US as a Logistics Coordinator in the automotive industry.
In 2009 he moved to Switzerland and worked in several Supply & Demand functions at Convatec Group plc, a medical device company.
André Kirsten - Head Quality & FvP CH
André Kirsten joined Angelini Pharma in April 2022 and he is Head Quality and FvP in Switzerland.
Born and grown up in Schleswig-Holstein (Germany), he moved from the sea to the Swiss mountains in 2004, now living with his wife and daughter in canton Aargau.
He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Hamburg and has nearly 20 years of experience in Pharma, gained in different areas like API-manufacturing, external manufacturing, QA and global procurement with Roche, Novartis, Baxter and MSD.
As a challenger of the status quo, he likes exploring new ways and thinking out of the box. Formerly semi-professional handball-player, he is eager to establish an open-minded culture and trust in powerful team spirit to reach goals.
Michal Sekera - BEX Head CH/AT/HU
Michal Sekera is Angelini Pharma's Head of Business Excellence for Switzerland, Austria and Hungary.
After graduating from university, Michal started his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Slovakia in auditing. Soon he switched to consultancy where he was responsible for due diligence mandates for big companies. Seven years later, in 2010, he decided to found his own consultancy “Tomcat Consulting” where he offered his know-how in due diligence, finance and controlling for local companies. Although his business was very successful, he decided to sell it and to find a position in a more international and larger corporation with less focus on financial aspects. Novartis Slovakia offered him the newly created position as Head of Commercial Execution which he established successfully within a few years.
Besides having a very positive personality, Michal is very value and people oriented with the right sense for business.
Eva Haager - Business Analyst
Eva Haager joined Angelini Pharma in October 2022 as Business Analyst for Austria, Hungary and Switzerland. She studied Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), where she also completed her master’s degree in marketing. She has always had a passion for numbers and both degree programs gave her the opportunity to specialize and develop her analytical skills. She gained practical experience in marketing and performance analysis during her five-year part-time employment at "Robin de Bois", an international marketing agency. Besides being a communicative and open person, she is always eager to face all challenges with much optimism, commitment, and positive energy.
Daniela Rasovic - Digital Medicine Manager CH/AT/HU
Daniela Rasovic joined Angelini Pharma in January 2022 and she is Digital Medicine Manager for Switzerland, Austria & Hungary for all brands and departments.
She is born in Vienna and lives in Lower Austria. Studied in the UK and in Vienna, graduated in Graphic Design, Marketing, digital Marketing and executive Management, with her MSc. She loves, breaths and lives digital.
After 15 years in different industry and five years in the Pharmaceutical Industry her last steps where Boehringer Ingelheim and Nestle).
Daniela has passion in digitalization, social media launch of infrastructure and working as a Project Manager in an international setting.
Robert Vodrazka - Account Manager CH
Robert Vodrazka is Account Manager for Angelini Pharma in Switzerland. He was born in Prague, where he grew up until the age of 12. He then moved with his family to France, where he lived for 17 years and also completed his studies in chemistry in Strasbourg. Robert has now lived in Switzerland for 22 years, where he has worked as an account manager for several large pharmaceutical companies. His family is most important to him and he enjoys ice hockey, skiing and the mountains.
Francoise Marie Hannes - Deputy Quality Manager
Francoise Marie Hannes joined Angelini Pharma Switzerland in March 2023 and is Deputy Quality Manager and Deputy FvP.
Born and grown up in Luxembourg , Franzi came to Switzerland nearly 40 years ago to complete her pharmacy studies at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. She has worked for almost 35 years at well-known pharmaceutical companies, especially in the areas of quality, medical affairs and compliance. In addition to her work as Deputy Quality Manager and Deputy FvP, she works as a pharmacist in a cantonal hospital and always steps in when there is an emergency situation in a pharmacy.
Besides her job, she loves her pets and the Swiss mountains more than anything. Franzi describes herself as a big team player, is very innovative and extremely pragmatic and loves to inspire colleagues for quality aspects and compliance according to her motto: I do it my way!
Federico Ronda - Staff & Global Functions HRBP
Federico Ronda is the Human Resources Business Partner for the HQ Staff & Global Functions in Rome and for the Swiss affiliate.
Federico holds a master's degree in Business Management from University Tor Vergata of Rome.
Working at Angelini Pharma since 2014, he started a position in the department for Marketing and Events. Subsequently, he switched to the HR function, covering roles of both centers of expertise and international coordination.
Federico is passionate about people connections and relations, and he is proud to be part of this Italian company which is constantly growing and expanding in the healthcare sector.
